Shannon and Mary at W&F Burton Insurance Co. in Princeton, IN, were both exceptional in taking care of my needs. Shannon, especially, was concerned about me trying to stay in my home while the repairs were going on. My kitchen floor was torn out and she was afraid that I would get up during the night and fall into the hole. She worked with the adjuster at Indiana Farmers and got me into Hampton Inn for two weeks and then we found a cheaper place Oakland Courtyard which was also closer to my home.
